VBAS Visits the Making Alabama Traveling Exhibit

Individuals from all departments at Vivian B. Adams School enjoyed touring the “Making Alabama”, Bicentennial Traveling Exhibit at the Dowling Museum/Ann Rudd Art Center.  Jane Dodson, Rudd Center board member and art volunteer at Adams School was available to help each group as they visited the historical exhibits.  Ann Rudd, Rudd Center President, also joined the group to help navigate the exhibits

The traveling exhibit is making its way through all 67 Alabama counties, presenting our state’s storied history. Participating in this community event enabled the individuals attending VBAS to learn more about the history and symbolism of our state and our local community
